Developers submit $26.7M condo plan in East Elmhurst
On October 19, a condominium plan for a building with 34 residential units and five commercial units at 32-58 105th Street in East Elmhurst was submitted to the NYS Attorney General. Steven Li and Wei Zheng are listed as the principals of sponsor for the development, which has a sellout price of $26,748,000.
Steven Li purchased the property for $2.8 million in June of 2017. On November 8, 2017, Li filed plans calling for the construction of a 69-foot tall, seven-story, 33,758-square-foot mixed-use building with 34 dwelling units on the property.
According to the plans, the building will have 27,417-square-feet of residential space, 5,117-square-feet of commercial space, and 1,224-square-feet of community space.
The ground floor of the building will have one dwelling unit, a residential lobby, an ambulatory diagnostic health care facility, and commercial retail stores. The second floor will have seven dwelling units and a recreation room. Floors three and four will each have eight dwelling units per floor, the fifth floor will have six dwelling units, the sixth floor will have two dwelling units and the lower half of one duplex unit, the seventh floor will have one dwelling unit and the upper half of one dwelling unit.
