Jack Resnick & Sons finishes $4.8M single-floor rehab of office in Soho
Jack Resnick & Sons, on November 18, formally completed a $4.8 million rehabilitation of one floor of an office building at 315 Hudson Street in Soho.
The plans, pre-filed on May 7, 2019, call for a rehab of the fourth floor of the 122-foot tall, 10-story building.
The project is described in the filings as: interior renovation of partitions, ceilings and doors as shown on drawings. No change to use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $4,815,500.00.
Gensler was the architect for the rehab.
The firm has filed two rehab plans at the building so far this year.
Jack Resnick & Sons has owned and operated this property since it acquired it in the early 1960s.
