Vadem Brodsky files plans for 18-unit mixed-use building in Crown Heights

Vadem Brodsky, on June 9, filed a permit application for construction of an 18-unit, 18,040-square-foot mixed-use building at 1206 Eastern Parkway in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.

There have been 32 new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

The plans call for the construction of a 73-foot-tall, eight-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00753885.

The development site spans one tax lot. The lot has a width of 35 feet.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed new eight-story and cellar mixed-use building. Proposed 18 dwelling units and community facility at ground floor.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby. Floors two through five will each have three dwelling units per floor, floors six through eight will each have two dwelling units per floor. The cellar will have parking for two cars.

The architect listed is Baobab Architects P.C.

The property was acquired for $1.7 million on March 14, 2016.
