Paul Durgaj files plans for 23-unit resi building in Kingsbridge

Paul Durgaj through the company Durgaj Properties Corp., on June 10, filed a permit application for construction of a 23-unit, 14,795-square-foot residential building at 215 West Kingsbridge Road in Kingsbridge, the Bronx.
