UWS penthouse sells for $18.3M

Joshua Schiffrin and Dana Sirota paid $18.3 million to Daniel Mintz and Meredith Berkman for condo (SC) units PH3A and PH3B at 279 Central Park West in the Upper West Side, Manhattan.
The deal closed on June 16, 2021 and was recorded on July 6, 2021.
The two properties have 6,430 square feet according to a PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $2,841 per the PincusCo analysis.
The signatory for Daniel Mintz and Meredith Berkman was Daniel Mintz and Meredith Berkman. The signatory for Joshua Schiffrin and Dana Sirota was Joshua Schiffrin and Dana Sirota.

This is units PH3A and PH3B.
Within a 400-foot radius of 279 Central Park West, PincusCo identified three commercial real estate items of interests occurred over the past 24 months.
Of those three items, one was for major renovation including a certificate of occupancy change. It was a permit issued on January 21, 2020 for the $735,000 renovation of the R-2 building with 26 residential units at 271 Central Park West.
Of those three items, two were sales above $5 million totaling $13.2 million. The most recent of the two was Douglas Hodge|Kylie Schuyler which bought the 5,860-square-foot, four-unit four-family building (C3) on 5 West 87th Street for $7.6 million from Kevin Wolf|Pam Wolf on June 3, 2021.
