Storage Deluxe through the entity 308 Dyckman Street LLC as borrower signed an acquisition loan with lender Wells Fargo Bank valued at $14.6 million for the industrial (F2) building at 302 Dyckman Street in Washington Heights, Manhattan.
The deal closed on June 15, 2021 and was recorded on July 6, 2021.
The property has 39,264 square feet of built space and 0 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 37,000 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The loan price per built square foot is $370 per the PincusCo analysis.
The owner bought the property on 24-Jun-21, for $15.2 million.
