Carnegie Hill townhouse sells for $16M
Matthew Saenger through the entity 93rd Street Trust paid $16 million to Andrew Rifkin and Kim Rifkin for the townhouse (A4) at 11 East 93rd Street in Carnegie Hill, Manhattan.
The deal closed on June 24, 2021 and was recorded on July 6, 2021.
The property has 6,900 square feet of built space and 942 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 7,852 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $2,318 and the price per buildable square foot is $2,037 per the PincusCo analysis.
The owner bought the property on 29-Aug-05, for $7.8 million.
The signatory for Andrew Rifkin and Kim Rifkin was Andrew Rifkin and Kim Rifkin.

Within a 400-foot radius of 11 East 93rd Street, PincusCo identified two commercial real estate items of interests occurred over the past 24 months.
Of those two items, one was for major renovation including a certificate of occupancy change. It was a permit issued on December 2, 2020 for the $7.9 million renovation of 60,540-square-foot R-2 building with 21 residential units at 1295 Madison Avenue.
One of those two items was a sale which Matthew Harris, a founding partner of investment fund Global Infrastructure Partners bought the townhouse (A4) on 3 East 94th Street for $21 million from Lisa Gilligan on December 2, 2019.
