Urban View Development Group files plans for 77-unit resi building in Staten Island
Urban View Development Group filed a permit application for construction of a 77-unit, 49,950-square-foot residential building at 160 Richmond Terrace in Staten Island. Robert Michaeli, project manager with the firm, filed the plans.
The plans call for the construction of a 63-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number S00563710. The development site spans two tax lots.
The project is described in the filing as: application filed to erect a new seven-story plus cellar and sub-cellar residential building.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have an exercise room. The second floor will have 12 dwelling units, while floors three through seven will each have 13 dwelling units per floor. The roof will have recreation space.
The architect listed is Issac & Stern Architects, P.C.
Other recent new building plans in the borough include plans from Denis Valteri’s Marsal Maintenance Corp. for construction of a 27-unit, 32,895-square-foot mixed-use building at 197 Canal Street and the city’s plan for a 42,393-square-foot school building at 348 Deisius Street.
