Turnbridge Equities files plans for 879K sf warehouse in Mott Haven

Turnbridge Equities, on May 3, filed a permit application for construction of an 879,203-square-foot warehouse building at 950 East 149th Street in Mott Haven, in the Bronx. Kevin Tiseo, director of development and construction at Turnbridge Equities, filed the plans.

The property is owned by Dune Real Estate Partners, which last year paid Turnbridge $141 million for four parcels and the Friedland family’s Westrock Development $32.5 million for a fifth parcel. It is unclear if Turnbridge is developing the property for Dune.

The plans call for the construction of a 72-foot tall, five-story industrial building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number X00513466. The development site spans five tax lots.

The project is described in the filing as: five-story warehouse and commercial vehicle storage building. Zoning/egress filed under this application for the entire building. Architectural plans for warehouse portion only filed under this document. Architectural plans for garage under subsequent filing.

ADBI Design Services is listed as the architect.
