Juda Lefkowitz files plans for 42-unit mixed-use building in Borough Park
Juda Lefkowitz, on March 9, filed a permit application for construction of a 42-unit, 45,246-square-foot mixed-use building at 3914 15th Avenue in Borough Park, Brooklyn.
There have been a total of 21 new building plans, including these plans, filed in Borough Park in the previous 12 months.
The plans call for the construction of a 70-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00681814. The development site spans two tax lots.
The project is described in the filing as: proposed new seven-story, cellar and sub-cellar 42 dwelling units mixed-use building with commercial space and community facility, with 48 on-site enclosed car parking spaces.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have commercial space. The second floor will have community facility offices. Floors three through six will each have 10 dwelling units and recreation space per floor. The seventh floor will have two dwelling units. The cellar will have parking space.

The property was acquired for $3.5 million on December 3, 2018.
