Tracy McCormick files plans for nine-unit resi building in Marine Park

Tracy McCormick through the company Jonico Construction, on April 13, filed a permit application for construction of a nine-unit, 13,482-square-foot residential building at 2339 Stuart Street in Marine Park, Brooklyn.

The plan calls for the construction of a 25-foot tall building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number B00501187. The development will occupy one tax lot.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed basement, two-story, and cellar, nine family dwelling as per plans filed herewith.

The basement and floors one and two of the building will all have three dwelling units per floor, according to the plans. The building will also have parking for six cars.

Design Studio Associates is listed as the architect.

The property was acquired for $900,000 on January 28, 2021.
