Leonid Bogomolniy permitted for 34-unit resi building in Brighton Beach
Leonid Bogomolniy through the company 15 West End LLC, on April 15, was given a permit for construction of a 34-unit, 39,874-square-foot residential building at 15 West End Avenue in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn.
Both new building and foundation permits were issued.
The plans, pre-filed on February 12, 2020, call for the construction of a 85-foot-tall, eight-story residential building.
The project is described in the filings as: new residential building with community facilities on the first and second floors.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a health care facility, residential entrance, and parking for 21 cars. The second floor will also have a health care facility. The third floor will have a recreational room, common terrace, and six dwelling units, two of which will have private terraces. Floors four through seven will each have seven dwelling units per floor, while the eighth floor will have five dwelling units. The roof will also have a recreation space.
Kindo Holdings is listed as the architect.
The lot has been vacant since 2018, when a single-story commercial building on the site was demolished.
An estimated completion date has not been announced.
The property was acquired with two other properties for $1.4 million on May 23, 2017.
