Top 10 Bronx Pre Filings from March by Square Feet

1) Diamond Property Management, on March 27, filed a permit application for construction of a 154-unit, 117,083-square-foot residential building at 299 East 161st Street in Longwood Melrose. There will be around 14,000-square-feet set aside for residential space.
2) Stagg Group, on March 5, filed plans to build a 105-unit, roughly 110,000-square-foot apartment building at 1073 Summit Avenue in the Highbridge section. The 10-story building will have community space in addition to parking.
