Toll Brothers files plans for 73-unit residential tower in the Upper West Side

Toll Brothers, on March 23, filed a permit application for construction of a 73-unit, 91,763-square-foot residential building at 2686 Broadway in the Upper West Side.

The plans call for the construction of a 145-foot tall, 13-story, residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: construct new thirteen (13) story mixed use building of residential and commercial use as per plans filed herewith.

The building plans state that the ground floor will be dedicated for retail space along with a residential lobby and mail room. Floors 2 through 13 will be used for residential apartments as well as an outdoor recreational area and an exercise room which will both be on the 2nd floor.

Toll Brothers purchased the property, along with neighboring 2688 and 2690 Broadway, in August of 2019 for a combined $44 million.
