Slate Property Group gets initial TCO for 146-unit residential building in Park Slope

Slate Property Group, on March 19, was issued an initial temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 146-unit, 116,812-square-foot residential building at 535 Fourth Avenue in Park Slope.

The permit application for the project was submitted on September 3, 2014.

The plans call for the construction of a 120-foot tall, 12-story.

The project is described in the filings as: construct new mixed use building as per plans filed.
