Diamond Property Management files plans for construction of a 154-unit, 117K sf residential building in Longwood Melrose

Diamond Property Management, on March 27, filed a permit application for construction of a 154-unit, 117,083-square-foot residential building at 299 East 161st Street in Longwood Melrose.

The plans call for the construction of a 124-foot tall, 12-story, residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: proposed new twelve (12) story and cellar mixed used building.
