Tolib Mansurov permitted for 56-unit mixed-use building in East Flatbush

Tolib Mansurov, on December 13, was given a permit for construction of a 56-unit, 58,893-square-foot mixed-use building at 408 Lefferts Avenue in East Flatbush, Brooklyn.

The plans were one of 66 new building plans filed in the neighborhood in 2020. This year, for comparison, there have been 35 plans filed. The 2020 plans combined call for the construction of 839 units, while the 2021 plans have called for the construction of 354 units.

The plans, pre-filed on January 16, 2020, call for the construction of a 65-foot tall, six-story building.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed new six-story building and cellar.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have parking for 11 cars, community space, and one dwelling unit. Floors two through six will each have 11 dwelling units per floor. The roof will have recreation space. The cellar will also have recreation space, along with a dog wash and parking for another 18 cars.
