Titan Equity Group files plans for 82-key hotel in Williamsbridge

Titan Equity Group, on September 22, filed a permit application for construction of a 82-unit, 28,329-square-foot hotel building at 3530 Webster Avenue in Williamsbridge, the Bronx. Michael Gendin, a partner with Titan Equity, was the owner representative in the filing.

The plans call for the construction of a 82-foot tall, eight-story hotel building.

The project is described in the filings as: proposed new eight-story with cellar commercial building for hotel use.

The plans state the building will have a breakfast room, exercise room, laundry room, and storage space in the cellar. The ground floor will have the hotel lobby and office space. Floors two through four will each have 14 hotel rooms, while floors five through eight will each have 10 rooms.

SM Tam Architect, PLLC is listed as the architect on the filing.

No demolition plans have been filed yet.

An estimated completion date has not been announced.
