Tishman permitted for $3.1M rehab of 620 Fifth in Rockefeller Center
Tishman Speyer, on January 20, was given a permit for a $3.1 million rehabilitation of a building at 620 Fifth Avenue, part of the Rockefeller Center, in Plaza District.
The plans, pre-filed on December 23, 2020, call for a rehab of the cellar and sub-cellar of the 126-foot tall, nine-story building.
The project is described in the filings as: filed herewith for interior renovations. Modify partitions, ceilings and doors on cellar and sub-cellar as shown on drawings filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $3,101,482.
INC Architecture & Design PLLC is listed as the architect.
The Lego Group recently moved from the building to 45 Rockefeller Plaza, another Tishman building.
