Tishman Speyer finishes $4.4M single-floor rehab at MetLife Building

Tishman Speyer, on September 28, formally completed a $4.4 million rehabilitation of one floor of the MetLife Building at 200 Park Avenue in Midtown.

The plans, pre-filed on October 10, 2019 call for a rehab of the sixth floor of the 797-foot tall, 59-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: removal and installation of interior non bearing partitions and related finishes as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy under this application. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $4,400,000.

Gensler was the architect.

Tishman Speyer last month filed a permit application for a $10.8 million rehab of floors 51 through 53 of the building.
