Tishman Speyer finishes $2.2M build-out for Zenith of office in Soho

Tishman Speyer, on December 14, formally completed a $2.2 million build-out of space leased by tenant Zenith of an office building at 375 Hudson Street in Soho.

The plans, pre-filed on April 9, 2019, call for a build-out of the 11th floor of the 272-foot tall, 18-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: minor demolition. Installation of new partitions, doors, suspended ceilings, flooring and finishes as per plans (Zenith – buildout phase). No change to use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $2,232,955.

TPG Architecture was the architect.

The building is also the headquarters of media conglomerate Publicis Group. Its lease was signed on August 15, 2019.
