Tishman files plans for $1.9M rehab to retail space at 45 Rockefeller Plaza
Tishman Speyer, on July 15, filed a permit application for a $1.9 million rehabilitation of retail space on the ground floor and mezzanine of 45 Rockefeller Plaza in Rockefeller Center in the Plaza District.
The plans call for a rehab of the ground floor and mezzanine of the 810-foot tall, 70-story, building.
The project is described in the filings as: general construction work for interior retail fit-out. no change is egress, use or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $1,900,000.
These are the sixth plans filed by Tishman at the building so far this year.
