Tishman Speyer, on July 2, filed a permit application for a $2.1 million renovation of one floor of the MetLife Building at 200 Park Avenue in Midtown.

On June 19 and June 25, Tishman filed two permit applications totaling $7.25 million worth of renovation work on floors 7 and 54 of the MetLife Building.
Tishman purchased the building for over $1.7 billion dollars in 2005 but currently only owns a 3 percent stake.
