Tishman Speyer files plans for $5M single-floor rehab at The Spiral
Tishman Speyer, on January 31, filed plans for a $5 million rehabilitation of one floor at the under-construction office skyscraper, known as The Spiral, at 66 Hudson Boulevard in Hudson Yards, Manhattan. The building, which will cost roughly $3.7 billion, is reportedly nearing completion.
The plans call for work on the 60th floor of the 1,041-foot-tall, 66-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00665114.
Last June the developer filed five plans for a total of $40.6 million in build-outs for its tenant Debevoise & Plimpton.
The project is described in the filing as: hereby filing to install new interior partitions, ceilings and doors for the accessory office lounge as shown on plans filed herewith. No change to use, occupancy or egress.
The architect listed is Aai Architects, P.C.
