City files plans for $5M exterior rehab of Jamaica school

New York City School Construction Authority, on January 31, filed plans for a $5 million rehabilitation of a school building’s exterior at 145-01 119th Avenue in Jamaica, Queens.

The plans call for work to the outside of the three-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q00670498.

The project is described in the filing as: replacement of parapet, roof and masonry repair and supporting steel.
