Tishman Speyer files for $40.6M build-outs for Debevoise at The Spiral

Tishman Speyer, on June 1, filed five plans for a total of $40.6 million in build-outs for its tenant the law firm Debevoise & Plimpton at the under-construction office skyscraper, known as The Spiral, at 66 Hudson Boulevard in Hudson Yards, Manhattan. In total, the building will cost approximately $3.7 billion to construct.

Debevoise & Plimpton signed a 20-year lease for 530,000 square feet of space spanning floors 40 through 52 of the building in January of last year.

Other tenants in the building include biopharmaceutical giant Pfizer and Facebook.

The first plans call for work on floors 48 through 50 of the 1,041-tall, 66-story building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number M00502982.

The project is described in the filing as: application filed for interior renovation at the 48th, 49th and 50th floors. No change to use, egress or occupancy.

The initial cost is listed as $10.3 million.

The second plans call for work on floors 45 through 47 of the 1,041-tall, 66-story building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number M00502882.

The project is described in the filing as: application filed for interior renovation at the 45th, 46th and 47th floors. No change to use, egress or occupancy.

The initial cost is listed as $9.2 million.

The third plans call for work on floors 40 and 41 of the 1,041-tall, 66-story building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number M00502785.

The project is described in the filing as: application filed for interior renovation at the 40th and 41st floors. No change to use, egress or occupancy.

The initial cost is listed as $7.3 million.

The fourth plans call for work on the 51st floor of the 1,041-tall, 66-story building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number M00502091.

The initial cost is listed as $7 million.

The fifth plans call for work on the 52nd floor of the 1,041-tall, 66-story building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number M00502413.
