Tishman Speyer files plans for $27M build-out at The Spiral in Hudson Yards
Tishman Speyer filed plans for a $27.1 million build-out of their under-construction office skyscraper, known as The Spiral, at 66 Hudson Boulevard in Hudson Yards. In total, the development will cost around $3.7 billion to complete.
The plans call for a build-out of floors 14 through 17 of the 1,041-foot tall, 66-story, building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number M00478274.
The project is described in the filings as: hereby filing interior build-out of office space and related support spaces as shown on plans filed herewith. No change to use, occupancy or egress.
Gensler is listed as the architect.
On October 7 2020, the developer filed a permit application for a $5.2 million build-out of floors seven through 20 of the building.
In 2018, the developer signed a lease with biopharmaceutical giant Pfizer for 800,000-square-feet of space in the building.
