HML Developments receives CO for 20-unit resi building in Crown Heights
Gal Nagar of HML Developments, on April 26, was issued a certificate of occupancy for construction of a 20-unit, 23,567-square-foot residential building at 998 Union Street in Crown Heights. The development was never issued a TCO, which is why PincusCo is reporting the Certificate of Occupancy.
The plans, pre-filed on August 3, 2017, call for the construction of a 70-foot tall, seven-story residential building. The time from pre-file to CO was three years and eight months.
The project is described in the filings as: construct a new seven-story residential apartment building. New walls, partitions, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and elevator systems. New certificate of occupancy will be obtained.
The ground floor of the building has two dwelling units, a lobby, and a recreation room, per the plans. The second floor has four dwelling units, floors three through six each have three dwelling units per floor, and the seventh floor has two dwelling units. The building also has 12 outdoor parking space, storage in the basement, and recreation space on the roof.
Fischer + Makooi Architects PLLC is listed as the architect.
The property was acquired for $2.6 million on June 29, 2017.
