Per the plans, the ground floor of the building has a residential lobby, commercial space, recreation space, and the lower part of one duplex unit. The second floor will have seven dwelling units and the upper part of one dwelling unit. Floors three through six will each have eight dwelling units per floor, while the seventh floor will have five dwelling units.
