Three developments totaling 322-units planned in Astoria

Three independent developers are planning three new, 11- and 14-story developments along 31st Street in Astoria, Queens.

The three developments will contain approximately 322 units, 34,000 square feet of commercial space, and 10,000 square feet of community facility space.

The plans were disclosed in a filing seeking a zoning map amendment and zoning text amendment to facilitate the buildings.

The developments sit on three different tax blocks, and are comprised of a total of 18 lots. According to city records, the three parties are The Thomas Anagnostopoulos Family Trust, MDM Development Group LLC, and Aikaterini Vithoulkas.
