NewYork-Presbyterian files plans for $7M rehab of Lower Manhattan Hospital

NewYork-Presbyterian, on December 8, filed a permit application for a $7 million rehabilitation of two floors of the Lower Manhattan Hospital at 170 William Street in the Financial District.

The plans, pre-filed on December 8, 2020, call for a rehab of floors one and two the 108-foot tall, nine-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: modification of interior partitions and finishes and window replacement to accommodate alterations to the Peri OP unit phase two within the existing hospital building as indicated on plans filed herewith. No change to use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $7,000,000.
