The VOREA Group files plans for 44K sf commercial building in LIC
The VOREA Group, on May 14, filed a permit application for construction of a 44,333-square-foot commercial building at 10-04 Borden Avenue in Long Island City, Queens. Josh Seidner, VP of design and development at VOREA, filed the plans.
The plans call for the construction of a 36-foot tall, three-story building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number Q00516098. The development site spans one tax lot.
The project is described in the filing as: Application filed to construct new three-story commercial building.
According to the plans, the ground floor of the building will have retail space, storage and a parking garage. Floors two and three will be used for commercial office space.
AB Architekten is listed as the architect.
The estimated job cost is $11 million.
