The RYL Group permitted for 19-unit resi building in East Harlem

The RYL Group, on July 7, received a permit for construction of a 19-unit, 19,794-square-foot residential building at 410 East 115th Street in East Harlem, Manhattan. Reuben Pinner, managing partner with the company, filed the plans.

The plans, pre-filed on March 30, 2018, call for the construction of a 74-foot tall, eight-story residential building.

The plans are described in the filings as: new residential building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby and two dwelling units. Floors two through five will each have three dwelling units per floor, floors six and seven will each have two dwelling units per floor, and the eighth floor will have one dwelling unit. The roof will have recreation space.

The property was acquired for $1.9 million on November 21, 2017.
