Amerjit Singh permitted for 24-unit resi building in Parkchester

Amerjit Singh, on July 8, received a permit for construction of a 24-unit, 18,070-square-foot residential building at 2040 McGraw Avenue in Parkchester, the Bronx.

The plans, pre-filed on May 24, 2018, call for the construction of a 60-foot tall, six-story, 18,070-square-foot residential building with 24 residential units.

Per the plans, floors one through six of the building will each have four dwelling units per floor.

The property was acquired for $1.4 million on September 29, 2020.
