The Horizon Group files plans for 39-unit residential building in Bushwick
David Marom’s Horizon Group, on September 11, filed a permit application for construction of a 39-unit, 25,876-square-foot residential building at 378 Weirfield Street in Bushwick.
The plans call for the construction of a 51-foot-tall, five-story residential building.
The project is described in the filings as: construct new five-story residential-use building as per plans filed.
The plans indicate that the cellar will have four recreation rooms in conjunction with ground floor dwelling units as well as an additional recreation area accessible to all tenants. The ground floor will have a residential lobby, outdoor recreation area, exercise room, and seven dwelling units. The second floor will have eight dwelling units, floors three and four will each have nine dwelling units, and the fifth floor will have six dwelling units, two of which will have private terraces. The building will also have a recreation space on the roof and a 38-foot-long rear yard.
Aufgang Architects is listed as the architect on the filing.
Demolition plans will likely be unnecessary, as the lot is currently vacant.
An estimated completion date has not been announced.
Marom recently submitted a condominium plan with a $25.3 million sellout to the New York State Attorney General for ‘The Horizon’ at 61 Rivington Street in the Lower East Side.
