The Bridge files plans for 91-unit mixed-use building in Central Harlem
The Bridge Inc., on July 20, filed a permit application for construction of a 91-unit, 60,278-square-foot residential building at 39 West 128th Street in Central Harlem. Taso Vassiliou, senior vice president of real property and asset management at The Bridge, filed the plans.
The plans call for the construction of a 95-foot tall, nine-story mixed-use building.
The project is described in the filings as: proposed nine-story mixed-use new building.
Magnusson Architecture and Planning is listed as the architect.
