Apex files plans for 123-unit resi building in East New York

Apex Building Group, on July 20, filed a permit application for construction of a 123-unit, 107,814-square-foot residential building at 11655 Seaview Avenue in East New York. Lee Brathwaite, CEO of Apex, filed the plans.

The plans call for the construction of a 64-foot tall, six-story residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: new six-story building.

Dattner Architects is listed as the architect.

Demolition plans have not been filed at the property and an estimated completion date has not yet been announced.
