The AbeCo Organization files plans for 41-unit mixed-use building in Clinton Hill

Abe Betesh’s AbeCo Organization, on March 25, filed a permit application for construction of a 41-unit, 40,364-square-foot mixed-use building at 1 Putnam Avenue in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn.

There have been seven new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

The plans call for the construction of an 84-foot-tall, eight-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00696890. The development site spans one tax lot.

The project is described in the filing as: new eight-story and cellar mixed-use (residential and commercial) building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby and two retail spaces. The second floor will have seven dwelling units and recreation space. The third floor will have six dwelling units, and floors four through seven will each have seven dwelling units per floor. The eighth floor will have three recreation spaces. The cellar will also have a retail store space.

The architect listed is RSLN Architecture PLLC.

The estimated job cost is listed at $10 million.
