JIH Builders Group files plans for 47-unit resi building in Sheepshead Bay

JIH Builders Group, on March 25, filed a permit application for construction of a 47-unit, 32,000-square-foot residential building at 2112 Avenue P in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn. Jacob Hirsch filed the plans.

There have been nine new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

Back in January the developer filed a permit application for construction of a 32-unit, 22,011-square-foot residential building at 150 Erasmus Street in East Flatbush, Brooklyn.

The plans call for the construction of an 84-foot-tall, eight-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00696395. The development site spans two tax lots.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed eight-story and cellar residential building, 47 dwelling units and community facility.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have five dwelling units and health care space. Floors two through eight will each have six dwelling units per floor. The cellar will have recreation spaces.

The architect listed is S. Wieder Architect P.C.

The property was acquired for $2.2 million on February 17, 2022.
