LW Developers files plans for 42-unit mixed-use building in Bushwick
Lazar Waldman of LW Developers, on March 25, filed a permit application for construction of a 42-unit, 28,448-square-foot mixed-use building at 649 Hart Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn.
There have been 21 new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.
In October of 2020, the developer filed a permit application for construction of a five-unit, 21,733-square-foot residential building at 297 Wallabout Street in East Williamsburg.
The plan call for the construction of a 55-foot-tall, five-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00695754. The development site spans multiple tax lots.
The project is described in the filing as: five-story building 38 dwelling units and community facility.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have an office, residential lobby, and five dwelling units. Floors two through four will each have nine dwelling units per floor, and the fifth floor will have seven dwelling units. The roof will have recreation space. The cellar will have 19 parking spaces.
The architect listed is S. Wieder Architect P.C.
The property was acquired for $4.2 million on November 24, 2020.
