TF Cornerstone finishes build-outs totaling $29M at 230 Park Avenue South

TF Cornerstone, on May 11 and 12, formally completed two build-out projects totaling $29 million at 230 Park Avenue South, an office building in Flatiron.

The first plans, pre-filed on November 19, 2019, call for a build-out of floors eight through 10 of the 130-foot tall, 13-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: herewith filing general construction in the eighth, ninth, and 10th floors as indicated on plans. No change to use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $14,537,090.

Meridian Design Associates was the architect.

The day earlier, the developer completed a $14.5 million build-out of floors seven through 12 of the building.

The property was acquired for $228.8 million on September 27, 2007.

On May 12, the developer formally completed a second $14.5 million build-out in the building.

The project is described in the filings as: herewith filing general construction in the fourth, fifth, and sixth floors as indicated on plans. No change to use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $14,537,090.
