TF Cornerstone finishes $14.5M build-out in Flatiron

TF Cornerstone, on May 10, formally completed a $14.5 million build-out of a building at 230 Park Avenue South in Flatiron.

The plans, pre-filed on November 19, 2019, call for work on floors seven through 12 of the 130-foot tall, 13-story building.

The global media brand Discovery, Inc., signed a lease to occupy the entire building in 2018.

The project is described in the filings as: herewith filing general construction in the 7th through 12th floors as indicated on plans. No change to use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $14,537,090.

Meridian Design Associates was the architect.

In 2019 the developer signed a $250 million mortgage and consolidation from Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and JPMorgan Chase Bank.

The property was acquired for $228.8 million on September 27, 2007.
