Terrace Acquisition permitted for 20-unit resi building in Kingsbridge

Terrace Acquisition, on March 18, was given a permit for construction of a 20-unit, 13,934-square-foot residential building at 157 West Kingsbridge in Kingsbridge, the Bronx. Alex Solovey filed the plans.

The permit issued was a plumbing permit. The development received initial foundation and new building permits last year.

The plans, pre-filed on March 6, 2018, call for the construction of a 62-foot tall, six-story residential building.

The project is described as: proposed to build a new six-story residential building.

The ground floor will have a lobby, per the plans. Floors two through six will each have four dwelling units per floor. The building will have 10 parking spaces and a rooftop recreation space.

IMC Architecture is the architect named.
