Tehila Spigel files plans for 62-unit mixed-use building in Flatbush
Tehila Spigel, on December 10, filed a permit application for construction of a 62-unit, 47,213-square-foot mixed-use building at 161 Lenox Road in Flatbush, Brooklyn.
These are the seventh new building plans filed in the neighborhood this year. The plans are tied for the most dwelling units in Flatbush this year.
The plans call for the construction of a 74-foot-tall, nine-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00640248. The development site spans two tax lots.
The project is described in the filing as: Proposed eight-story and basement residential and community facility project as per plans.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have six dwelling units and terraces. Floors two through eight will each have eight dwelling units per floor, the eight floor will also have terraces.
The architect listed is Syndicate Architecture PLLC.
The property was acquired for $3.5 million on November 10, 2016.
