TCO for eight-unit resi building in Bed-Stuy

Cheske J through the company 91-93 Franklin AV LLC, on February 1, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of an eight-unit, 12,587-square-foot residential building at 91 Franklin Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn.

The plans, pre-filed on February 6, 2017, call for the construction of a 36-foot tall, four-story residential building. The time from pre-file to TCO was four years.

The project is described in the filings as: proposed new four-story, eight-family residential building.

Floors one through three each have two dwelling units per floor, per the plans. The building’s basement also has two dwelling units, as well as an entrance and lounge.

BEAM Architects was the architect for the development.
