Related files plans for $5.5M exterior rehab of Carnegie Park Condominium
Related Companies, on February 1, filed a permit application for a $5.5 million rehabilitation of the exterior of a residential building, known as Carnegie Park Condominium, at 200 East 94th Street in Yorkville.
The condominium, CD140124, has a current sellout price of $59,274,500 with the New York State Attorney General. The 277-unit building was constructed in 1986, city records show.
The plans call for a rehab of the facade of the 336-foot tall, 30-story building.
The project is described in the filings as: facade repair as indicated on attached drawings. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $5,452,609.
These are the first rehab plans filed at the building this year. The developer only filed rehab plans once in 2020 at the site.
