TCO for 70-key hotel in Tremont

Samir Patel through the company Anmol Realty LLC, on February 4, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 70-key, 18,221-square-foot hotel at 2008 Webster Avenue in Tremont, the Bronx.

The plans, pre-filed on October 23, 2018, call for the construction of a 46-foot tall, four-story hotel. The time from pre-file to TCO was two years and three months.

The project is described in the filings as: proposed a four-story with cellar commercial building for hotel use.

The ground floor of the building has a lobby and 14 hotel rooms, while floors two through four each have 15 hotel rooms per floor. The cellar has eight hotel rooms, a breakfast room, storage, and laundry.

S M Tam Architect was listed as the architect.

The property was acquired for $900,000 on August 23, 2019.
