TCO for 50-key hotel in East Tremont

Jai Patel through the company Pride Developers LLC, on March 15, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 50-unit, 16,498-square-foot hotel building at 4387 3rd Avenue in East Tremont, the Bronx.

The plans, pre-filed on October 23, 2018, call for the construction of a 80-foot tall, eight-story hotel. The time from pre-file to TCO was two years and five months.

The project is described in the filings as: this application is filed for eight-story new transient hotel.

The ground floor of the hotel has a lobby and reception area, an office, laundry room, and one hotel room, per the plans. The second floor has seven hotel rooms, floors three through six each have eight rooms per floor, the seventh floor has six rooms, and the eighth floor has four rooms.

M.S. Savani Architect was behind the architecture.

The property was acquired for $1.4 million on September 21, 2018.
