TCO for 31-unit resi building in Longwood Melrose

Alex Gilkarov through the company 378 East LLC, on February 16, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 31-unit, 21,014-square-foot residential building at 378 East 165th Street in Longwood Melrose.

The plans, pre-filed on October 12, 2018, call for the construction of a 63-foot tall, six-story residential building. The time from pre-file to TCO was two years and four months.

The project is described in the filings as: construct six-story new building as per plans filed.

The ground floor of the building has one dwelling unit, per the plans. Floors two though six each have six dwelling units per floor. The second floor also has recreation space.

Issac & Stern Architects was behind for the design.

The property was acquired for $1.1 million on November 1, 2018.
