Wing Cheung through the company One Eleven Property LLC, on February 17, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 29-unit, 22,663-square-foot mixed-use building at 111 Mulberry Street in Chinatown.

The plans, pre-filed on December 17, 2018, call for the construction of a 72-foot tall, seven-story, mixed-use building. The time from pre-file to TCO was two years and two months. The property was acquired for $12.8 million on September 21, 2018.

The project is described in the filings as: erect new mixed-use building.

The ground floor of the building has a residential lobby and retail space, per the plans. Floors two through six each have five dwelling units per floor, while the seventh floor has four dwelling units. The building’s cellar and basement both provide additional retail space. The roof has a small recreational terrace.
